Philotimo! A Greek noun translating to 'love of honour', but a word almost impossible to translate completely due to its complexity of nature. However, our guest Lena seems to portray the use of this word perfectly for us, as she talks about her Greek background and the somewhat natural draw to living up to a love of honour.

Lena takes us on a journey of growth and discovery as she realises a desire to volunteer, and maximise her giving nature in a school in Zambia, called Simoonga Thandizani Trust School!
